I'm delighted you've found my little digital space in a sea of online content. Let me introduce myself: I'm Annah. Yoga teacher, nutritionist, educator, lifelong student and seeker of simple joys in this busy world we live in.
First came the yoga, many years ago. It is part of who I am and it is my wish that everybody has the chance to experience the joy it can bring. Alongside this I developed an interest in the role nutrition and psychology play in supporting health through all life stages and situations. With a professional background in education, I'm passionate about bringing the practical, philosophical and beneficial elements of these practices to people in a straightforward, accessible manner.

My training, work and personal practice in these three disciplines are constantly evolving and always fascinating. I strive to bring a holistic view of health and wellbeing to the wider community, empowering people to take charge of their greatest asset: quality of life through mental, physical and emotional health.
