Service Description

**NEW CLASS BLOCK BEGINNING JUNE 4th 2024** This class emphasises positive body awareness and celebrates a unique time of change and adaptation in the feminine life cycle. Suitable for 2nd and 3rd trimesters. No previous yoga experience necessary as you will learn practical techniques to help support the body, mind and emotions through pregnancy and into motherhood, including: - breathing exercises to calm and connect, reducing anxiety, fear or tension. - safe and effective movement sequences to strengthen key muscles utilised in pregnancy and birth (which can also ease common aches and pains). - relaxation and meditation techniques to encourage a sense of wellbeing and confidence. - it also provides a chance to connect with other pregnant women in a safe, nurturing space. Pregnancy yoga is offered as a 6 week block of classes to encourage consistency and cultivate positive mind-body connections. However, drop-in rates are available on request depending on space available. Please contact Annah directly.
