Service Description

This class emphasises positive body awareness and celebrates a unique time of change and adaptation in the feminine life cycle. No previous yoga experience necessary as you will learn practical techniques to help support the body, mind and emotions through pregnancy and into motherhood, including: - breathing exercises to calm and connect, reducing anxiety, fear or tension. - safe and effective movement sequences to strengthen key muscles utilised in pregnancy and birth (which can also ease common aches and pains). - relaxation and meditation techniques to encourage a sense of wellbeing and confidence. - it also provides a chance to connect with other pregnant women in a safe, nurturing space. PLEASE NOTE: I am no longer accepting payments via PayPal due to unreasonably high fees. You can still make card payments via my website's booking service.
