6 week series for new mums and little ones, beginning 3rd November 2025 at Pebble Brook Clinic, Newton Poppleford. Come and join a friendly group of new mums (and babies are welcome too) for a yoga class tailored to postnatal bodies & minds. These sessions are offered to support your recovery, nurture your nervous system, and reconnect you to your body after birth. Each class weaves together mindful movement, breath work, core and pelvic floor reactivation, and deep rest. This is a space to rebuild from softness, honour your new identity, and be held in community. We will focus on: - Physical recovery after birth (including pelvic floor engagement and pelvic alignment) - Gradual strengthening of key muscle groups to encourage healthy, functional movement and flexibility - Emotional support through relaxation and meditation techniques - Providing a safe space for you to be with your body (and your baby) and connect with other mums The classes are suitable from 8-10 weeks postpartum (as long as you have been passed by your GP to resume exercise); you are welcome to come as long as you consider yourself 'postnatal'. They will be mum-focussed sessions, but babies are welcome and will enjoy the experience too! Booking essential as places are limited. Sessions are run as a 6 week series, but there may be an opportunity to catch up a session if you miss one at the end of the class block. Pebble Brook clinic is a hidden gem, which offers a range of treatments, therapies and classes all focussed on well-being. It’s only 20 minutes drive from Exeter, or 5 minutes from Sidmouth - look out for the wooden bears on the grass verge by the brook, it’s just behind them!
